A Word About Our Steaks

We developed an intense passion for uniquely prepared steaks from raising our cattle in Missouri. In consultation with local legend Barbeque inventor of great smokers, Mr. Archie Cooper, we developed the “Kool Smoke Process?, moniker by Mr. Don Nix, local golf instructor and BBQ aficionado. What is “Kool Smoke Process?” It is the
process of smoking the steaks with real hickory or other woods, without cooking it, thus allowing a natural smoke flavor to penetrate the meat. We invented this process and are the only restaurant in the world using it. We hope you enjoy this special flavor—Bon Appetite
